1. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@outofleague.club. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to cancel it and provide a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for further instructions.
2. Returns Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Eligibility for Returns: In the event of receiving a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hey@outofleague.club with a photo and detailed description of the issue. Only items in unused condition and original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request.
- Approval: If approved, a replacement will be processed, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from customer use are not eligible for refund or exchange.
4. Refunds for Order Cancellations
- Cancellations Before Shipment: If your order cancellation request is approved prior to shipping, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Processing Time: Refunds for cancellations may take additional time depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at hey@outofleague.club with proof of defect or damage to initiate an exchange.
- No Size Exchanges: Due to limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes. Please check our size guide before purchasing.
